First Time Central Heating installations

First Time Central Heating installations are now available under the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme if your property never had central heating since was built.

Some properties do not have central heating systems with a boiler and radiators. If you’re a homeowner or tenant without a central heating system, you may now be eligible for 100% funding towards an FTCH installation. Not only can we help you access your funding, but we also have a team of fully accredited, Gas Safe registered engineers ready to carry out your installation.

You can apply if your home has no history of central heating but has a gas mains connection with an existing meter installed before April 2022, and if the household of that property receives a qualifying benefit, has a low income under £31k per annum, or if anyone in the household has one of the following conditions: a cardiovascular condition, respiratory disease, limited mobility, or immunosuppression.

1st Option: ECO4 Qualifying Benefits:

2nd Option:

If your household income is below the £31k threshold

3rd Option:

The individual being referred within the household should have one of the following conditions: cardiovascular condition, respiratory disease, limited mobility, or immunosuppression.
