Had an awful back boiler for years, a lovely man knocked on the door by off chance and told us we were entitled to a free boiler. Within 3 weeks our boiler was installed. The 4 guys that came were lovely and very respectful. They did it all in one day and I’m thrilled to bits, they worked so hard. Bless them. Also a big thank you to the lovely girls in the office. Well done to you all
